You will embark on an amazing 18-month journey together with your fellow graduates where you will grow and develop – personally and professionally. Your 18-month programme will consist of three six-month rotations including one international rotation outside Finland. You probably have international experience from studying or working abroad, combined with relevant work experience from a student job or internship. Fluency in Finnish and English, both verbally and in writing, is required.
