On this page, we have compiled various instructions and tips for the fair day; how to prepare for the day of the fair, as well as what things should be taken into account on the day of the event and afterwards. Thank you for participating in Contact Forum 2026!

Register as an exhibitor

Company representatives must complete a personal registration for the event. After registering, you will receive a QR code in your email, which you can scan to print a personal badge at the event registration point.

Registration for exhibitors

All representatives participating in the event must register for the event.

To ensure smooth and quick entry, we recommend registering in advance. 

After registering, you will receive a personal QR code in your email.
By presenting your QR code at the registration desk, we will print out a personalised badge for you for the event.

Job vacancies

You can post job vacancies by logging in to Contact Forum's job site with your own account. If you are not already registered, you can register using the link below.

Please note, each company has one company-specific profile. If you do not know whether you have an account, you can see the companies registered on the “Companies” section of the site.

Deliver materials to screens

If you have ordered a screen when ordering furniture, you can send the material/video to the rental screens via the following link. This way we can test and have the video ready for you to play on the screen before the event starts. 

Videos must be in mp4 format, maximum resolution 1920×1080.

If it is a PowerPoint presentation, please save it in mp4 format first.

Tavata recruitment app

Tavata recruitment app will be available at the event to help you plan your meetings and network during the event.

The app helps you identify visitors who are relevant to your company based on their background and the needs you have defined. It suggests meetings and enables planning in advance so that you can get the most out of the event day.

  • Each representative creates their own personal profile
  • Representatives set their own availability times
  • Employers are able to narrow down the target groups that are relevant for recruitment.
  • Meetings can be arranged in advance in a separate meeting area or as 10-minute meetings at your own stand.

Please note that the video is not from the Contact Forum event platform, so when you join our event platform, the event environment will differ slightly from the example in the video. 

  1. Start by creating a profile or logging in with your existing account.

Framery's quiet workspace

The event has a separate area for pre-arranged meetings, and you can also make a reservation for the Framery workspace. 

Do you need a quiet place for an important video meeting or a quick phone call during the event? 

At Contact Forum, you'll have the chance to escape for a moment into Framery's quiet workspace to take care of any necessary phone calls or confidential discussions that might come up during the event. To make sure your day goes as smoothly as possible, you can reserve a workspace in advance (max. 15 min/reservation).

Advance reservations are possible until January 11, 2026.
After this, free slots are available as walk-in appointments.

Walk-in: The space is also available without a reservation whenever it is empty. An excellent way to arrange spontaneous quick interviews during the event, as an example! 

The workspace accommodates 1-4 people.

10.00-14.00 Building only in separately agreed situations

14.00-18.00 General construction and decoration time for partners

Wednesday, January 14: Contact Forum 2026

8.00-10.00   Service door open 5.6.

8.00-17.30   Messuaukio main entrance & Messuparkki entrance open

10.00-17.00 During the opening hours of the event, service via the public entrances

10.00  Doors open for visitors!

17.00  Event ends, dismantling begins (Service door 5.6.)

22.00  End of dismantling

Construction

All stands ordered through CF will be pre-built. All partners will have the opportunity to come and prepare their stands on Tuesday, 13 January 2026, between 2 and 6 p.m.

Access from the maintenance door 5.6. No need for separate access permits!

In exceptional circumstances, stands can be prepared earlier on Tuesday 13.1., but please contact us in time so that we can arrange these cases separately with our constructor.

All large structures must be brought to the Messukeskus Exhibition Center by Tuesday, January 13, at the latest. Large structures include all furniture that is difficult to move due to its size or weight. Roll-ups are not considered heavy furniture.

Stand decoration

All the furniture ordered through CF is already delivered to the stands.

During the decoration period (Tuesday and on the morning of the fair), you can make the final preparations for your stand and arrange the furniture.

Posters or logos can be attached to a non-branded wall.

Dismantling

If you are using your own transporter or builder, please also ensure that you have a timetable for unloading. If anything is left in the exhibition hall, we will charge the Messukeskus' freight forwarder for storage in accordance with Niemi Messupalvelut Oy's price list.

Please note: If you have NOT ordered a fabric storage service from Contact Forum, please take your wall fabrics with you at the end of the day! Fabrics left at the exhibition center will be discarded. Wall prints can be reused in future events.

Arrival instructions

On public: South main entrance, Messuaukio 1, 00520 Helsinki

The event will be in Hall 4, located on the second floor, immediately to the left from the South entrance.

By car: Messuparkki, North entrance: Ratapihantie 17

When arriving from the North entrance, walk straight to the other end of the Messukeskus, go up the stairs and just before the doors of the South entrance, turn right.

The parking fee for one day is 14€ (updated price 2024).You can buy parking tickets in advance or pay on the spot according to your usage via the following link.

Color coding

At the registration point of the event, you will find sticker sheets of different colours. If you want, you can stick stickers of a suitable colour on your name badge or stand to let visitors know which field of study you are looking for!

Blue = Tech / industrial / engineering

Orange = IT / ICT / engineers

Green = business economics / administration / commerce / sales

Red = other fields of study

Please note that you separate visitors from company representatives from the QR code on the name sticker. The company representatives do not have a QR code on their name badge, whereas visitors do. 

Cloak room
and Wi-Fi

Southern cloakroom is available to exhibitors free of charge. Please inform the staff of the name of the company you represent. The event registration desk is located in the glass gallery on street level, immediately to the left upon entering through the Southern entrance.

Waste management and cleaning

There is an EKO point in the exhibition area where you can take waste generated at the stand. Each stand has its own small bin to make it easier to collect rubbish.

If you need extra cleaning during the day, exhibitors will order the cleaning of their stand directly if necessary.

After the event

Thank you to the participants and applicants.

Tell us what places you still have open, many visitors only send the application after the event.
