Visibility all year round – new employer image packages

Contact Forum now offers companies a new way to build their employer image among higher education students and graduates throughout the year. The service brings companies visibility and recognition all year round – not just during the event.

The core of the service is continuous presence across multiple channels: social media, newsletters, job site, and partner network. Messages are targeted according to the company's goals, and their effectiveness is monitored using clear reports.

Companies can choose from three brand packages and two recruitment packages. Packages can be customized to suit specific needs and include, for example, social media posts, newsletter visibility, articles, webinars, and job advertisements.

This is ideal for companies that want to stand out as employers, reach students and graduates over the long term, and make recruitment more efficient and cost-effective.

Reach your target audience more effectively

Whether you have a summer job, a part-time or full-time contract, a trainee position, a thesis or a degree project, you should be in Contact Forum to tell us about them!

Every year, we invest more and more in quality encounters. The fairs are promoted throughout the autumn on campuses, on social media and at student events to ensure the Contact Forum has the widest possible range of participants.

The exhibition package includes the construction and dismantling of the stand. Rental equipment can be ordered for your stand, ready for delivery to your stand. If you wish, you can bring your own stand structures and/or furniture. We will be happy to tell you more and help you choose the most suitable exhibition package for you.

Contact Forum is an interdisciplinary recruitment event. Our main target groups are the technical, IT and commercial sectors, which is also the focus of the map.

At the previous Contact Forum in January 2026, nearly 7,000 visitors from around 30 different universities attended the event. The largest visitor groups came from the University of Helsinki, Metropolia, Aalto University and Haaga-Helia.

Registration is open until the end of 2026 or until all exhibition spaces are fully booked.

We always offer free cancellation for 14 days after registration.
We will send an invoice for the reservation fee (50% of the exhibition package price) within one month of registration. The final invoice will be sent in January 2027. If you wish to receive the final invoice already in 2026, please contact us.
